Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the SIOHEC Secretariat by email at reg-siohec@thetriumph.com
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee. Cancellations received between 30 to 60 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days before the event.
* On or before 14 November 2026: Full refund, less an administrative fee
* 15 November 2026 – 13 December 2026: 50% refund of registration fees, less an administrative fee
* From 14 December 2026 onwards: No refund
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Substitution of delegates is permitted at no additional charge, provided that the Secretariat is notified in writing prior to the event.
All approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to amend the policy accordingly.
